About the Show

A national event dedicated to the British public and their pets. Packed with hundreds of attractions for the whole family to enjoy, The Pet Show is the biggest event of its kind showcasing the very best the UK’s pet industry has to offer.

The Pet Show is held both indoors and outdoors, and attracts animal lovers from across the UK. Now in it’s sixth year, this is testament to the nation’s passion and enthusiasm towards pets and a desire for an event of this nature. Following on from the success of the event, it returns on 18th – 19th August 2018.

Dog Friendly

Visitors are able to bring along their own dogs, however please consider the following:

  • There are selected animal areas where dogs are not allowed
  • You must pick up any faeces, and so remembering to bring along poo bags is a vital
  • Your dog must be well socialised with dogs and children
  • Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times

Stafford County Showgrounds, Weston Road, Stafford, ST180BD. Positioned in the heart of England, the Showground is easily accessible by road & rail.

By Road

The Showground is situated on the A518 Stafford to Uttoxeter road some 4 miles from Stafford. Drivers from either the North or South using the M6 motorway should exit at junction 14 and follow the signs for the County Showground.

By Rail

The Showground is just 4 miles from Stafford Railway Station. The station is situated on the West Coast Main Line offering a direct service to London Euston with a journey time of approximately one hour and twenty minutes. It also offers direct services to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Manchester and Liverpool.



By attending this event, whether as a participant, exhibitor, visitor or otherwise, you acknowledge that images may be captured during the event using lm photography, digital photography, video or other mediums and may be used by The Pet Show and it’s sponsors to promote future events, on their offIcial websites, social media websites, promotional leaflets, brochures and other publicity material.

The images may also be provided to the media for publication in local or national newspapers and magazines. Individuals attending this event are deemed to have given their consent by attending or remaining at the event. The Pet Show shall take no responsibility for the capture and use of any images taken at the event by any third party not directly engaged by The Pet Show to do so on it’s behalf and accepts no liability for the actions of such third parties.

The Pet Show is a celebration of animals and how much we love them, so naturally we take the welfare of all animals very seriously.

We are fully committed to protecting the welfare of each animal in the show and have taken certain measures and precautions to ensure that this is never compromised.

The main car park is to be used by all visitors, however, there is a pedestrian subway which will take you safely across the main road to the main entrance. This is wheelchair and scooter friendly.

Yes there will be cash machines at the event. Usage may be subject to a small charge.

Yes, you can collect a free goody bag when you purchase the official show guide.

No! Thousands of car parking spaces have been made available – FREE for all Pet Show visitors.

The Pet Show is dog friendly, however bringing along other types of pets is not permitted.

Yes you can subject to availability.

Please note, you will not be able to take advantage of the savings available on advanced tickets.

We support two scenarios: ‘show on device’ and ‘print from home’. For ‘show on device’, you can present to the box office on your phone or tablet. For ‘print at home’, you can print either the web page or email and then present that ticket at the box office.

Yes, all visitors require a ticket, so please ensure to order a ticket for any persons under 5 too.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout, your printable tickets are attached to this email.

Yes, one carer can enter free with a full paying disabled visitor. Please use the relevant options when purchasing your tickets online.
